Evidence standard
We prefer primary and authoritative sources for health and regulatory claims, including FDA, FTC, NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, and NCCIH where relevant. We distinguish ingredient-level evidence from finished-product evidence and avoid implying that a mechanism proves a meaningful health outcome.
Corrections and updates
Commercial offers, formulas, and guidance can change. Pages should show a review date, and material errors should be corrected in place rather than hidden behind a new URL.
No fabricated experience
We do not claim to have personally used a product unless that experience is genuinely documented. We do not invent testimonials, clinical results, endorsements, or ratings.
